Where do you start, Einstein said ‘you have to learn the rules of the game and then play better than everyone else’. Well like it or lump it at some stage when you grow you do need a structure of sorts (anarchy and disruption is great for a time until you get going). We’ll start with a review (the HR infrastructure review is on us). Then when you are good to go we will write you a proposal and start you off with a suite of policies & procedures, contracts, handbooks, forms and templates, basically everything you need to organise your HR function. We’ll even organise that for you too. We’ll make sure it fits in with your ethos and culture – no rules or red tape for rules or red tapes sake, unless of course that’s what you want.
