Unlike a lot of our competitors (we won’t point fingers), we won’t tie you into a complicated contract that you can’t leave. In fact, we don’t charge exit penalties and we won’t hide behind insurance to trap you. Why? Simply put, you’ll stay because you want to. And, if for any reason we’re not right for you, that’s ok too.

Personal service

Whatever your problem, we’re just a phone call away. When you work with us, you’ll be assigned a primary contact to look after you. That way, you’ll know who you’re calling (we give you a backup and our landline too – for holidays and absence) and we can build up a truly personal rapport.

Olga Crosse is a fantastic HR professional who you want on your side. She loves her job and, whether it’s getting her hands dirty or helping to build best practice, Olga attacks her work with passion and determination and is always there to support her clients.

She is an advocate of providing honest, sensibly priced HR services for small and growing businesses (both in and outside of London). That’s why Tercus HR is for anyone who needs shrewd HR solutions, not just big businesses. After all, great HR should be for everyone!

Olga started her HR journey when she had a eureka! moment providing HR and administrative solutions to businesses who needed to concentrate on growing. This is reflected in her pragmatic approach and close working relationship with clients; her priority is to help you steer the ship and get you back on track sooner rather than later.
